Vicki Reid Estapa is a true Gulf Coast local, having been born and raised in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. She takes great pride in her community and is actively involved in making it a better place to live. Vicki is a devoted mother to two incredible young men, Dillan Ladner, a college professor, and Austin Ladner, an IT Technician. In addition, she shares her home with Molly, her beloved rescued German Shepherd.

With a passion for her home and community, Vicki has been an active member of the Hancock County Leadership Program since 2018, serving on the Steering Committee. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and love for the Gulf Coast, highlighting all the wonderful things it has to offer. Vicki has also served as a competition select soccer coach, showcasing her dedication to nurturing the talents of young athletes. As an avid photographer and a certified fitness trainer, she brings creativity and a commitment to well-being to everything she does.

Vicki's professional journey in real estate began when she obtained her degree in paralegal studies with a focus on Real Estate in 2002. Since then, she has been actively involved in the real estate profession, working as a top closer with a leading title company on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Now a valued member of the HL Raymond Properties team, Vicki is excited to bring her expertise and passion for real estate to assist clients in finding and negotiating their perfect properties along the Coast.
